2. Our Services are for Users Over the Age of 21

Oxmoor Bourbon is committed to safe, responsible drinking. Our Services, as well as our products, are intended for individuals who are over the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21 through our Services. If you are under the age of 21 and you have indicated that you are over the age of 21 in order to access our Site, you must stop using our Site. Under no circumstances may you submit personal information through our Site if you are under 21 years of age. If we decline to take action regarding your consumer request, we will provide you the justification within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the request.
